Flying into Brasilia
This was some of the scenery driving from Brasilia to Aguas Lindas. Apparently it is not always so green and beautiful, but because it has been raining a lot the plants love it.
Turning off the highway towards Aguas Lindas... you can see some of the shops and businesses close to the highway and get a sense of HOW different the roads are once you're off asphalt.
This is Joyce's street - her house is a ways down so you can't see her gate in this picture, and most streets look pretty similar in the neighbourhood.
